Residence Colonial Parque is a italian’s family property who is on the island since 1995, is located in the Municipality of Santiago del Teide (declared a municipality of national touristic interest), specifically the area of "Acantilado de Los Gigantes", in the south-west of Tenerife. The area has the best climate.

In addition to the wonderful view our apartments are furnished with simple taste, suitable to the area of the sea, complete with items like tv, washing machine, dishes, toaster, microwave, ketle, coffee maker, linen etc. Each terrace is complete with sun beds, table, umbrella ... All included in the price. In addition, the Spanish tax system and particularly in the Autonomous Region of the Canary Islands, is very beneficial.

On the top floor of the Residence is a solarium of 200m2, with spectacular views of the town, the marina, the marvelous cliffs and two nearby islands.
